1. The product

Scent of Home is a family cookbook application for iOS and Android. These Terms govern use of the apps and this website. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who we are

Scent of Home is a technology company based in Israel, founded by Liron Shiryon. Contact: info@scentofhome.cc.

3. Accounts and family cookbooks

You may create an account and join or create a family cookbook. You are responsible for the content you add (recipes, photos, voice notes, and stories) and for keeping access to your account secure. Do not share private family content outside the cookbook you intended.

4. Free service and advertising

The app is free to download. Core cookbook features are provided at no charge. The service may display advertisements, such as banner ads, to support ongoing development.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Scent of Home to harass others, upload unlawful content, attempt to access another family’s cookbook without permission, or disrupt the service.

6. Intellectual property

Scent of Home owns the app, branding, and software. You retain rights to the recipe content you create. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content so the product can work for your family.

7. Privacy

How we collect and use data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” Recipes and cooking information are user-generated and may contain errors. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
